Nurse

Patricia Walker, MSN, FNP, BC—Chief Executive Officer

One of the founding members, Pat is dedicated and passionate about holistic health care. She is an experienced family nurse practitioner who has been working almost exclusively with adults, specifically in the field of gerontology. Pat brings a vast wealth of varying experience to this company with more than 30 years in the health care industry. Recipient of the 2014 Excellence in Clinical Practice Award from the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.

Priscilla Nwachukwu, MSN, ANP, BC—Chief Financial Officer

Priscilla is an experienced nurse practitioner with more than 18 years of service in various health care settings. She has worked in sub-acute and long-term care units. Priscilla is adept in psychopharmacologic review and management of psychiatric patients.

Dr. Warner is board certified, specializing in Internal Medicine with 18 years experience. Highly regarded by his patients, they point out his bedside manners. He has won Top Ten Doctors 2012 and Patients' Choice Award 2013. Dr. Warner is affiliated with Partners Health Care, Brigham and Woman Hospital and Faulkner Hospital. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University. 
Dr. Alexandra Accardi graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Accardi has one office in Massachusetts. Specializing in the field of Psychiatry , Dr. Accardi is prepared to diagnose and treat the various types of mental illness, such as depression, eating disorders, bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders, among other psychiatric illnesses and disorders.
Dr. Fabian Delgado completed his residency at the University of Kansas Hospital and is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine. He specializes in diabetic care and is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. Dr. Delgado is the recipient of three prestigious awards in 2015, 'The Patients' Choice Award', 'Compassionate Doctor Recognition', and the 'On-Time Doctor Award'. Dr. Delgado currently serves as a hospitalist in several area hospitals.
